Printmaker- Etchings, Collagraphs, Monoprints and Frottage

Printmaking and drawing are at the heart of Diana Orinda Burns’s work, which includes etching, collagraph, monoprint, and frottage. Over the past 20 years, Diana has explored the surfaces of collagraph plates and designed her own printed circuit boards, providing a matrix of textures to print. Using a range of techniques and developing multiple layers, she builds complex surfaces. Diana has recently returned from a print-making residency in Greece.
