Ceramics
Working in clay, Chris Johnston creates both sculptural and practical pieces, inspired by place, water and the land.
Chris uses terra sigillata, glazes and slips to
create a range of lustrous, textural surfaces
on wheel-thrown and hand-built forms.
Joining Chris at Place Matters in 2022 is Rhyll Plant, printmaker.
